Developer Marketing

The role

This role bridges product and marketing by identifying compelling use cases within Linear's AI agent and newer features, then communicating them through authentic content. The marketer sits between engineering and audience, translating complex capabilities into concrete, engaging stories that help teams understand what's possible.

What you'd do

• Discover and validate real-world use cases for Linear's AI agent and emerging product features
• Produce multi-format content including social posts, blog articles, video walkthroughs, and live conference demonstrations
• Partner with engineering-focused creators on authentic, collaborative content initiatives
• Collaborate with video production team to develop technically rigorous product content
• Contribute to developer-facing documentation and educational materials alongside support and product teams
• Monitor and participate in developer conversations on X, newsletters, and industry events

• Strong technical foundation with working understanding of software development and coding
• Natural product intuition and ability to rapidly explore tools to uncover workflows and possibilities
• Comfortable presenting on camera and speaking at conferences with genuine confidence
• Fluent in X platform dynamics and ability to contribute meaningfully to developer conversations
• Self-directed and proactive in identifying emerging topics and opportunities
• Capable of end-to-end video production including scripting, recording, and editing
