Engineering Manager - Social Listening

The role

This engineering manager role leads a distributed team developing Jam, Spotify's social music platform enabling real-time group listening across iOS, Android, backend, and cross-platform technologies. The position sits within Spotify's consumer experience organization, collaborating with product and design to scale complex synchronization and connectivity features. Based in London or Stockholm with hybrid flexibility.
